I was at WordCamp Dublin a few weeks ago and met the super-friendly Vito Peleg from WP Feedback.
If you're working with an agency or with clients this could be a life saver. It allows clients to visually submit feedback and requests for changes directly from their own website.
The explainer video on the homepage gives a great demonstration on how easy it is to use. It looks like it could save everybody a tonne of time and make client communication substantially simpler.

I discovered a great looking icon font this week called Line Awesome. While Font Awesome is optimized for 14×14 px, Line Awesome looks great at 32×32 px. They look particularly good at larger sizes.
I think the set looks very clean and modern and with nearly ~1,400 icons to choose from they could well be a good fit for your next web project.
