Equalize Digital Accessibility Checker Plugin Adds New Frontend Highlighting Feature
Equalize Digital, a WordPress accessibility products and services company, has added a new frontend highlighting feature to its free accessibility checker plugin, which is used to perform audits on self-hosted sites.
Prior to developing the frontend highlighting feature, the plugin only had reports inside the post edit screen, with output that is nearly indecipherable for less technical users who are not accustomed to reading HTML.
The new frontend highlighting feature makes the accessibility report’s output far more approachable for users who may not be developers.
It also displays a panel that explains the issue in a way that is easier to understand as well as how to fix it.
Thanks to NASA’s funding, the new frontend highlighting feature is available on the free version of the plugin.

Google has recently said that deleting old content just because it's old isn't beneficial for SEO.
CNET decided which pages to “redirect, repurpose or remove (deprecate)” by looking at metrics such as pageviews, backlinks, and the amount of time which has passed since the last update.
However, prominent Googlers, including John Mueller and Gary Illyes, have advised that improving content, instead of removing it, whenever possible.
Deleting old content alone – just because it’s old – probably won’t help you much. However, deleting, improving and consolidating content should be part of your SEO strategy because it helps improve your overall content quality.
