WooCommerce: Add a Refund Request Button to the "My Account" Area

Rodolfo from Business Bloomer explains how you can add a dedicated "Ask for a Refund" button directly on your WooCommerce My Account screen with no extra plugins needed.

Instead of handling refunds only via email or support tickets, this approach embeds a streamlined refund request workflow: customers click the button, enter a reason in a modal dialog, and submit.

Behind the scenes, the order gets tagged with a refund request, a customer note is added, and the admin is notified automatically.

How Semrush is Driving LLM Visibility

Semrush realized that although its content was being cited by LLMs (such as ChatGPT), those citations didn’t translate into meaningful visibility - AI tools often mentioned competitors instead.

To fix this, they built a systematic approach using their own tools (Enterprise AIO and AI SEO Toolkit) to directly track and improve how often they appear in AI-powered search results.

Instead of measuring clicks or traditional SEO rankings, they focused on two new core metrics: visibility (whether they appear at all for target AI-search prompts) and share of voice (how often they’re mentioned compared to competitors when the prompt is answered).

Over a single month, their efforts paid off: for the AI-search queries they cared about, their share of voice jumped from 13% to 32%.
